📋 Description

• Lead client onboarding and implementation projects • Design, develop, maintain, and support SSIS packages • Manage daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc data loads • Receive, validate, transform, and reconcile client source files • Support master data integration and maintenance activities • Investigate and resolve data load failures, mapping issues, and data quality concerns • Develop SQL-based reports, extracts, and analytical datasets • Support Power BI and Tableau reporting initiatives • Create monitoring and operational support processes • Participate in production deployments and implementation activities • Provide after-hours support as required • Drive expansion of AI-enabled data operations • Identify ETL automation opportunities • Implement AI-assisted validation, reconciliation, monitoring, onboarding, and analytics • Recommend measurable AI initiatives and reduce manual effort through automation • Accelerate analytics and business insight generation • Improve data quality and operational efficiency using AI-assisted workflows

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of Microsoft SQL Server experience, particularly with Microsoft SQL Server 2019 or later • 5+ years of hands-on SSIS development • Advanced T-SQL skills, including stored procedures, views, functions, reconciliation, and data analysis • Experience supporting enterprise ETL and operational data environments • Strong problem-solving, communication, documentation, and analytical skills • Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis for any employer • Bachelor's degree in computer science engineering, mathematics, information technology, or Business Administration required, or a master's degree in computer science, computer application, or Business Administration required • Must-have experience with SQL Server 2022/2025, SSIS, and Power BI/Tableau • Healthcare, payer, claims, eligibility, provider, or membership data experience preferred • Experience with data warehouse and master data management concepts • Practical AI skills for data ingestion, validation, monitoring, analysis, and insight generation preferred • Experience with Microsoft Copilot, GitHub Copilot, Cursor AI, Claude AI, ChatGPT/OpenAI, or related platforms preferred
