• Provide high quality customer focused service for WorkCare staff • Assist with technology rollouts and explore new technologies • Maintain high quality performance of current and future technologies • Interface with end users providing support and troubleshooting technology related issues and requests • Troubleshoot hardware and software errors by running diagnostics and documenting problems and resolutions • Install, maintain, and configure hardware and software systems according to company standards • Coordinate and assist with high priority incidents and problem management lifecycle • Contribute to building and maintaining knowledgebase documentation • Perform hands-on assistance with hardware deployment, maintenance, troubleshooting, and software installation • Collaborate with IT team and inter-departmentally • Assist with IT equipment inventory, procurement, lifecycle, and e-waste processing • Participate in team projects enhancing service quality or efficiency
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred • Minimum of 3-4 years of hands-on experience in computer hardware and software technologies • Certifications relating to AWS, Microsoft, or ITIL is a plus • Knowledgeable of software as a service • Intermediate knowledge of local and wide area networking • Experience with O365 Admin center, MS Teams, Exchange online, SharePoint online, Intune, OneDrive, PowerShell, Antivirus technologies, Windows Server 2019/2022, Networking, AWS, Azure, desktop virtualization • Experience with Service Desk ticketing tools (SysAid, Zendesk, ServiceNow or equivalent) • Multi-Factor Authentication
