• Lead the IT Applications and Service Management team and drive its development. • Coach, develop and expand the team over time. • Responsible for operational management of the IT service provider. • Strategic application management, including developing and maintaining a comprehensive SAP roadmap. • Cloud transformation & operations: oversee the migration of SAP S/4HANA, BW and SAC to the cloud. • Coordinate integration and interfaces with the target IT architecture. • Establish and optimize ITIL processes. • Define, review and optimize SLAs. • Implement access, licensing and lifecycle management processes. • Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement. • Budget planning and controlling for operations, further development and service contracts. • Change, release and vendor management.
• Completed degree (e.g., Business Informatics or Business Administration with an IT focus) or equivalent qualification. • Several years of experience in Application Management with a focus on SAP operations and cloud transformation. • Experience in leading (project) teams. • Solid ITIL knowledge. • Experience in budget and cost controlling for IT projects and services. • Strong stakeholder management and excellent communication skills. • Structured, independent working style and a hands-on mentality. • Very good German and English skills.
