📋 Description
• Der Auftraggeber möchte zur Vereinheitlichung seiner Service Management Prozesse das ITSM Tool „BMC Helix“ inkl. der Endanwenderplattform „BMC Digital Workplace Advanced“ des SW-Herstellers BMC einsetzen. • Ziel dieser Leistung ist es, sowohl das ITSM-Tool als auch die Endanwenderplattform vor dem produktiven Einsatz entsprechend den Strukturen und Anforderungen des Auftraggebers zu konfigurieren, • durch Entwicklungsleistungen (Customizing) an die Prozesse des Auftraggebers anzupassen sowie Schnittstellen zu anderen Tools (vorrangig zum Active Directory, zum E-Mail-System und zum ITSM-System des IT-Dienstleisters) zu entwickeln. • Anforderungsanalyse und Erstellung einer Anforderungsdokumentation. • Aufnahme und Strukturierung der fachlichen und technischen Anforderungen. • Customizing bestehender Anwendungen sowie Programmierung neuer Funktionalitäten und Schnittstellen • Herstellung der Wartbarkeit der Software Durchführung von Entwicklertests • Abschätzung des Implementierungsaufwands • Erstellung und Übergabe von Betriebs- und Entwicklungshandbüchern
