⢠Netsmartz is a global digital transformation company helping SaaS businesses, enterprises, and ISVs scale through software engineering, AI, and cloud solutions ⢠Drive new business development and revenue growth for AI/ML solutions across enterprise clients in North America ⢠Engage with C-level executives, CTOs, CIOs, and business leaders to position AI offerings and shape digital transformation ⢠Partner with solution architects and delivery teams to translate client requirements into tailored AI solution proposals ⢠Lead end to end sales cycles including prospecting, proposal creation, contract negotiations, and deal closure ⢠Build and manage a strong pipeline of AI opportunities leveraging account-based selling strategies ⢠Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for AI solutions working with marketing and alliance teams ⢠Stay updated on AI/ML trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to position Netsmartz as trusted advisor ⢠Contribute to thought leadership through client workshops, industry events, and executive briefings
⢠10+ years in B2B enterprise sales ⢠At least 5+ years in AI/ML solution selling ⢠Strong understanding of AI technologies including LLMs, NLP, Computer Vision, Generative AI, MLOps, and Data Platforms ⢠Demonstrated success in meeting/exceeding sales targets and growing strategic accounts ⢠Experience in consultative selling to enterprise clients across BFSI, Healthcare, IT/ITES, and Manufacturing ⢠Ability to engage with technical and business stakeholders including C-level executives ⢠Ability to articulate technical concepts related to AI/ML to technical and business counterparts ⢠Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills ⢠Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot), sales tools, and reporting dashboards ⢠Preferred: Experience selling cloud-based AI solutions (Azure AI, AWS AI/ML) ⢠Preferred: Technical certifications or foundational understanding in AI/ML is a plus
