📋 Description
• Support the Customer Success team by providing excellent service, document setup, and collaboration • Create and implement customer documents using industry-leading software • Collaborate with internal, cross-functional teams including Product Management, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and Finance • Apply XBRL tagging information to financial statements and statement footnotes • Tie-out XBRL tagging information within financial statements and statement footnotes to ensure accuracy prior to filing deadline • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers
🎯 Requirements
• Currently enrolled in a degree-seeking program, preferably in business or a similar program • Strong communication and leadership skills demonstrated through leadership positions in community, school, or other programs • Professional, outgoing, energetic personality with excellent interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and take initiative • Attention to detail and follow-through are required • Technically savvy and demonstrate a high level of competency using Excel, Word, Google Docs, etc • Experience using Excel, Word, Google Docs, and similar word processing programs
