📋 Description

• Support a major provincial Clinical Information Solution (CIS) transformation in New Brunswick • Support the standardization and implementation of clinical documentation practices, workflows, templates, and clinical content • Support clinical documentation used by physicians, nurses, nurse practitioners, and other healthcare professionals • Contribute to the transition from multiple standalone hospital information systems to a unified, standardized, and integrated CIS across the province

🎯 Requirements

• University degree in Healthcare, Business Administration, Information Technology, or equivalent education and experience • 5+ years of experience as a Clinical Analyst, Clinical Informatics Analyst, Clinical Business Analyst, or equivalent • 5+ years of experience specifically involving Clinical Documentation, including requirements gathering, workshop facilitation, use case analysis, business process analysis, detailed design activities, and business analysis documentation • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst/Clinical Informatics Analyst on a large-scale acute-care digital health transformation or CIS/EHR implementation • Direct experience with Clinical Information Systems (CIS), EHR, or EMR implementation at a comparable scale • Demonstrated experience developing clinical deliverables supporting Inpatient Medicine • Strong understanding of acute-care clinical workflows and documentation practices • Ability to work collaboratively with clinical stakeholders, SMEs, project teams, and healthcare professionals
