📋 Description

‱ Identify and cultivate strong customer advocates across various segments, industries and use cases ‱ Conduct customer interviews and transform testimonials into case studies, quotes and featured content ‱ Manage and grow customer review programs (e.g., G2, Gartner Peer Insights) to support our category leadership ‱ Maintain a pipeline of customers for references, stories and campaigns, partnering with customer-facing teams ‱ Collaborate with content, brand and product marketing teams to amplify customer stories across multiple formats (written, video, social, email) ‱ Support customer advocacy activities such as webinars, panels, speaking opportunities and visibility initiatives ‱ Provide customer engagement assets and tools to Sales and Demand Generation teams to support campaigns, ABM and enablement activities ‱ Track and measure the impact of customer engagement initiatives to derive insights and guide strategy ‱ Experiment with AI tools to accelerate content creation, campaign execution and workflow automation

🎯 Requirements

‱ Minimum of 3 years of marketing experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or in customer-facing roles ‱ Customer-centric mindset and a passion for showcasing user success ‱ Excellent interviewing and storytelling skills; strong interpersonal abilities ‱ Analytical approach focused on the business impact of engagement initiatives ‱ Experience in customer engagement or community management, including managing review programs (G2; Gartner Peer Insights) ‱ Comfortable collaborating with Account, Sales, Product Marketing and Creative teams ‱ Curious and willing to experiment with new tools, including AI, to support content marketing at scale ‱ Nice to have: experience with HubSpot or other customer marketing tools
