📋 Description

• Deliver high-quality, high-performance front-end features in React and TypeScript that meet UX standards from the earliest milestones; • Turn user needs into shipped experiences that solve the real problem (not just the spec), in close collaboration with Product and Design; • Evolve a reusable component library and a design system that speed up delivery for the whole team; • Work in the back end when needed: understand existing code and extend or add features so delivery isn’t blocked at the front-end boundary; • Deliver interfaces that stand up in terms of performance, accessibility, and real-world responsiveness; • Help shape front-end architecture and engineering practices that evolve beyond the initial release; • Maintain healthy, maintainable code through reviews, testing, and continuous improvement; • Influence product and technical decisions through active participation in team discussions.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of software development experience • Strong front-end development background • Proficiency with React • Proficiency with TypeScript • Good knowledge of modern front-end fundamentals (performance, accessibility, responsive design) • Experience creating and maintaining reusable components or a design system • Strong interest in product development.
