• Fluent in French (C1 or above) – written and spoken. • Good English skills (B1 or higher) for internal communication and training. • Excellent communication, active listening, and problem-solving abilities. • Customer-focused, empathetic, and resilient approach. • Basic computer skills and comfort working with multiple digital tools. • Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or call centres is an advantage (not required). • Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace (for work-from-home applicants). • Eligibility to live and work legally in Greece.
