📋 Description

• Own Worldpackers' social strategy across brands, markets, and languages • Define brand-led content pillars and the master content calendar framework • Own the channel roadmap, including investment in TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms • Design the reporting framework and connect social performance to sign-ups, waitlist adds, deposits, and purchases • Review performance and translate results into strategy adjustments • Define meaningful engagement standards and prioritize quality over raw output volume • Design the creator program, including contract templates, rate card, rotation cadence, and quality standards for approximately 20 creators monthly • Streamline creator onboarding with Legal and Finance • Own the social listening framework and playbook for the social/CRM stack • Evaluate and roll out new tools as needed • Set the team's briefing, approval, and publishing workflow • Coordinate with creative, legal, and reporting teams and escalate conflicting priorities • Expected to evolve into a Team Lead role over the Social Media Analysts and Intern

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in social media strategy, ideally for a marketplace, subscription, or two-sided platform with more than one funnel or product line • Track record of building content-pillar frameworks and calendar systems executed by others • Strong data fluency, including defining reporting frameworks and interpreting engagement, reach, and conversion data • Experience designing or managing a creator/influencer program at meaningful scale (10+ concurrent creators) • Fluent English • Portuguese or Spanish is a strong plus • Experience with Sprout Social, ManyChat, or comparable social/CRM tools (nice to have) • Background in travel, marketplace, or community-driven consumer brands (nice to have) • Prior people-management experience or readiness to grow into a team-lead role (nice to have)
