📋 Description
• Handling Inbound Calls from customers replying to a callback request • Perform Outbound Calls whenever applicable to clarify further information with customers
🎯 Requirements
• Fluent in Turkish with good level in English • Customer Service experience • Great communication • Valid Work Permit in Portugal
