📋 Description

• As a UX Designer, your responsibilities will include: • Working directly with the VP of Product & Platform and stakeholders to create a holistic design vision that supports the overarching strategy & roadmap • Collaborating with product managers to understand initiative/project goals and to deliver a UX/design framework that will support platform needs • Creating user-centric design solutions that enhance the platform's usability & accessibility compliance • Mapping user flows & producing consistent wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes • Conducting usability testing and incorporating feedback into design iterations • Ensuring consistency in the user experience across the platform for both current and future product lines

🎯 Requirements

• Proficiency in UX design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD • Certification or formal training in digital accessibility (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles • Ability to manage and own multiple projects concurrently • Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams • Knowledge of industry best practices and trends in UX design
