📋 Description

• Serve as the single point of contact for all projects within the assigned EPMO portfolio • Support project teams to monitor progress and ensure successful delivery of intended value and outcomes • Collaborate with Project Leaders to refine project plans, milestones, and success metrics • Identify, analyze, and help resolve significant blockers to project success • Prepare documentation for executive- and board-level governance meetings • Lead post-mortems and capture lessons learned • Integrate the assigned project portfolio into the overall EPMO and align it with enterprise objectives • Coach and mentor Project Leaders on project execution best practices • Guide integration of Artificial Intelligence into project methodologies and solutions • Enable critical resources and support for Project Leaders • Supervise direct reports when applicable • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Exceptional leadership and facilitation skills • Advanced strategic thinking and ability to synthesize complex information into actionable plans • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills • Superior problem-solving and critical thinking skills • Strong organizational acumen and ability to manage multiple projects and competing demands • Deep proficiency in project and portfolio management methodologies, Transformation Office techniques, tools, and best practices • High emotional intelligence • Change management expertise • Flexibility and adaptability in fast-paced environments • Technological curiosity and literacy, especially in Artificial Intelligence and digital transformation • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field • Minimum of 5 years of Contract Research Organization and Life Sciences experience • Minimum of 12 years of experience in strategy execution, business transformation, digital program management, portfolio management, software technology implementation, change management, or a similar role within a large-scale EPMO or Transformation Office • Proven track record managing complex project portfolios and achieving strategic objectives • Ability to identify and resolve complex organizational and project-related challenges • Experience presenting to and communicating with senior leadership • Expertise in change management principles and practical corporate application • Coaching, mentoring, and influencing skills • Ability to navigate complex global organizations • Familiarity with AI concepts and business applications is highly desirable • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
