📋 Description
• Develop 3D models using Revit and SketchUp for residential projects • Produce high-quality, realistic architectural renderings • Create detailed plans, sections, and elevations • Convert conceptual designs into accurate construction-ready drawings • Collaborate with the team during live screen-share sessions • Manage independent work tasks with strong organization and accountability • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail across all deliverables
🎯 Requirements
• Strong proficiency in Revit and SketchUp • Experience working on residential or small-scale architectural projects • Ability to create realistic renderings • High attention to detail and structured workflow management • Comfortable working partially in real-time collaboration environments
