📋 Description

• The Bookkeeper will be entrusted with maintaining the financial records and ensuring the accuracy of their accounting data. • Managing all aspects of the accounts payable and accounts receivable processes. • Performing monthly reconciliations for bank and credit card accounts. • Accurately recording financial transactions in QuickBooks Online. • Generating and analyzing financial reports to provide clear insights. • Organizing and maintaining digital financial documents and records. • Identifying and resolving discrepancies in financial entries and reports. • Collaborating with the management team to support fiscal decision-making.

🎯 Requirements

• Must be highly detail-oriented with an exceptional level of organizational skill. • Proven ability to work independently, take initiative, and solve problems proactively. • A self-starter who can manage their time effectively in a remote work environment. • Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role. • High proficiency in QuickBooks Online is required. • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and the Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Drive).
