📋 Description

• Review recorded calls and transcripts to identify key actions, updates, and priorities • Keep project plans, task boards, and documentation organized and up to date, primarily within Notion • Monitor progress and deadlines, address blockers, and ensure timely completion of deliverables • Lead internal sprint cycles by setting priorities, assigning responsibilities, and maintaining accountability across the team • Coordinate internal workflows, tools, and systems to support efficient execution

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in project management, executive assistance, or operational support roles • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously • Familiarity with agile or sprint methodologies and general project management principles • Excellent written communication skills and meticulous attention to detail • Comfortable working independently, proactively following up, and ensuring accountability • Experience using Notion or a willingness to quickly learn it
