âą Manage and grow relationships with independent lawn, garden, and gift retailers across the U.S. âą Build and maintain consistent outreach through calls and emails using CRM tools like HubSpot âą Own the full lifecycle of accounts, including onboarding, order management, and recurring revenue generation âą Process and manage incoming orders through platforms like Faire âą Develop and execute retail activation strategies such as in-store events, promotions, and pop-ups âą Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound prospecting âą Create and optimize cold outreach strategies and email sequences âą Improve inbound lead channels, including wholesale platforms and retail networks âą Monitor account performance and provide insights on risks, opportunities, and growth strategies âą Collaborate with internal teams to align on sales initiatives and retail strategies
âą Proven experience in retail sales within the U.S. market âą Hands-on experience with CRM platforms, preferably HubSpot âą Familiarity with wholesale platforms such as Faire or similar âą Strong English communication skills (written and verbal) âą Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team âą Demonstrated ability to build relationships and drive revenue growth
