📋 Description

• Manage a portfolio of assigned client accounts as the main point of contact, providing proactive client outreach and communication • Interface with affiliate networks and communicate with affiliates to foster growth • Identify, recruit, onboard, and activate new affiliate partners • Represent clients with publishers requiring higher-touch nurturing • Serve as a strategic advisor to clients by identifying challenges, growth opportunities, and recommendations • Develop and execute client-specific affiliate strategies focused on sustainable growth • Collect, assess, and manage promotional offers and links accurately • Negotiate strategic placements and partnership opportunities • Monitor client budgets, commissions, and investment levels • Coordinate weekly or bi-weekly client calls • Assess the competitive landscape and provide recommendations and education • Lead affiliate channel integration and cross-channel partnership strategies • Analyze regular and ad hoc reports to identify trends and optimization insights • Compile and deliver weekly reporting and insights • Develop monthly executive summaries of KPI performance when required • Compile and deliver quarterly business reviews • Provide financial forecasting when necessary • Test and learn new tactics and strategies and share findings • Leverage AI-powered tools and platforms to improve program analysis and client deliverables

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience with affiliate marketing within an agency or in-house environment • An Associates or Bachelors degree in marketing/communications or relevant experience • Ability to use insights data, partner performance, and key trends to inform strategies and plans • Strong knowledge of affiliate networks such as Impact and CJ, Affluent, Google Analytics, and Excel • Proficiency with Excel pivot tables and complex formulas • Ability to extract trends from large pools of data • Strong direct client day-to-day management experience, from launch setup through program management and detailed reporting • Ability to work with limited resources or supervision on multiple campaigns with tight deadlines • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including strong client presentation skills • Proficient knowledge of influencer marketing and SEO is a plus • Must be authorized to work in the United States; position is not eligible for immigration sponsorship
