📋 Description

• At Thatch, we’re building a new way for modern businesses to offer great health benefits. • We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Associate to join our team and help accelerate our go-to-market efforts. • The ideal candidate is data-driven, creative, and eager to experiment with new strategies to drive demand, engagement, and conversion. • As a key member of the marketing team, you’ll play a vital role in optimizing our acquisition funnel, running digital campaigns, and driving performance across various channels. • You’ll work closely with sales, product marketing, and growth product to expand our reach, generate high-quality leads, and contribute to revenue growth. • This is a highly cross-functional, fully remote role that requires strong analytical skills, creativity, and a passion for continuous experimentation and improvement.

🎯 Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in growth, digital, or performance marketing (preferably in B2B SaaS or healthtech). • Strong analytical skills with experience in marketing metrics, reporting, and data visualization. • Experience with marketing tools such as Salesforce, ActiveCampaign, Mixpanel, Google Analytics. • Strong copywriting skills and ability to craft compelling marketing assets. • Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with a test-and-learn mindset.
