⢠Own the quota/number for your territory ⢠Recruit/hire 1099 representatives or agencies where needed ⢠Provide the practical field-training portion of onboarding sales representatives/agencies ⢠Schedule appointments ⢠Attend road shows ⢠Model sales calls ⢠Help cultivate the business locally ⢠Responsible for the first sales calls/initial momentum after a representative is onboarded ⢠Lead, mentor, and manage aspects of the sales force to ensure performance and goal attainment ⢠Identify new business opportunities and foster relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders ⢠Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company revenue and growth targets ⢠Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and strategic updates to executive leadership ⢠Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to guide strategic planning
