• Support sales targets by contacting prospective clients to book an appointment with a hearing care professional in one of our many clinics across Canada • Identify client needs and new sales opportunities, introduce promotions, and book hearing care appointments • Meet and exceed daily Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and overall targets while ensuring each interaction is consistent with standards of HearCANADA • Participate in daily/weekly team meetings to share feedback and practice sales skills • Maintain a high-volume calling plan and update all pertinent client information in appointment system (CRM) • Communicate and work effectively with clinic teams to maximize booking schedules
• 1+ years experience in inside sales or high-volume appointment scheduling • Health industry experience is considered an asset • Able to exercise empathy, and lead the conversation to obtain client bookings with individuals experiencing hearing loss • Preference given to candidates who are demonstrably bilingual (English, French) • Highly motivated and goal-driven to exceed KPIs • Prior experience with CRM systems, and willing to learn new software and tools • Strong integrity, professionalism, and work ethic • Ability to work independently • Showcases our values of innovation, passion for positive impact and working as a team to go above and beyond
