🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in a hybrid role as a Scrum Master, Product Owner, or Project Manager in tech-driven environments. • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent is highly preferred. • Deep understanding of agile frameworks and project management methodologies. • Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and leadership abilities. • Exceptional ability to manage competing priorities, deliver under pressure, and keep teams focused. • Entrepreneurial spirit with a proactive, can-do attitude. • Adaptable to shifting responsibilities between Scrum Master, Product Owner, and Project Manager roles as needed.
