📋 Description
• Manage the operations of the MAC program through oversight of cross-functional team collaboration. • Drive the growth of the MAC program by implementing initiatives aimed at increasing student enrollment, satisfaction, retention, and overall participation. • Drive robust online community engagement for the MAC using digital platforms or local events. • Oversee the collaborative relationship between WTS and CCEF for the administration, growth, and evaluation of the MAC. • Report progress and updates to leadership, the board, and other stakeholders. • Complete additional tasks or projects as assigned by Senior Director or Senior Team.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree preferred. • Record of successful managerial leadership experience and/or business education preferred. • Strong understanding of WTS mission and institution. • Familiarity with higher education industry. • Familiarity and appreciation for seminary’s mission, theology, and instruction; familiarity with CCEF and biblical counseling.
