📋 Description
• Responsible for accurate and timely resolution of patient’s billing concerns • Interviewing and counseling patients for payment arrangements and/or charity assistance • Works with patients to resolve account balances
🎯 Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent • One (1) year experience in a healthcare setting • One (1) year previous customer service experience
