📋 Description
• Consulting and support for new and existing clients (remote/on-site), including customization and further development of existing business processes and systems (SAP HCM & SAP SuccessFactors) • Participation in and taking on partial and full project responsibilities in client projects • Developing innovative solution proposals and implementing them as part of comprehensive consulting services • Capturing client requirements and providing expert advice and training • Preparing functional and technical concepts • Preparing and conducting workshops, testing phases, and presentations • Contributing to business development and sales support
🎯 Requirements
• Extensive experience in consulting and implementing SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors • Knowledge of SAP ABAP, UI5, etc., as well as relevant technologies and architecture • Experience with cloud solutions (e.g., SAP BTP) • Proven expertise in leading sub-projects and projects • A desire to learn something new every day • Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken • Strong service and customer orientation • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
