• Answer calls on behalf of our clients and provide 1st-level support for e-mobility and internet-related issues • Respond to questions about contracts and general inquiries • Document and track customer requests in the ticketing system • Collaborate closely with technical teams, back office and product management • Provide 24/7 customer support (one week per month on night shift)

🎯 Requirements

• Service-oriented with strong communication skills • Very good German and English language skills plus French or Italian • Basic technical understanding and an interest in learning new technologies • High-performance, stable internet connection (min. 20 Mbps download, 8 Mbps upload) • Residence in Hungary
