📋 Description

• As a Senior Product Designer, you'll play a crucial role in shaping the future of Xero's products, contributing to the product vision, strategy, and end-to-end experiences within your product area. • Working independently or collaboratively, you'll be a key contributor, leveraging your deep understanding of Xero's strategy, the market, and our customers to deliver experiences that achieve business objectives. • You’ll partner effectively with cross-functional teams, communicate design decisions clearly, and contribute to a culture of design excellence within Xero. • Your designs will have a tangible impact, contributing to Xero's success and empowering small businesses and advisors.

🎯 Requirements

• A portfolio that demonstrates high-quality design outcomes, contributing to user experience and business value. • Experience working on large design projects. • Experience building and iterating on a product or experiences based on usage patterns, user feedback and an evolving strategic landscape. • Experience across the entire design process, with mastery in executing elegant interfaces. • Experience supporting product roadmap, go-to-market strategy, and design discussions.
