• 5 to 10 years of experience in operations, business management, program delivery, or a similar role supporting executive leadership. • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create clear, concise executive summaries and action plans. • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and lead cross-functional initiatives with precision. • Proficiency in using tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft 365, and AI-based productivity applications. • Adept at stakeholder management, decision tracking, and risk mitigation. • Bachelor’s degree required; an MBA or equivalent professional experience is a plus. • Comfortable working remotely and aligning with global time zones, including US Pacific hours.
