📋 Description

• Manage timelines and ensure the quality of custom partner integrations. Success criteria: on-time delivery and positive partner feedback on project launch. • Optimize internal processes to reduce delivery times and improve efficiency. • Define and monitor key metrics. • Develop and implement strategies for continuous improvement. • Communicate with partners and internal stakeholders to clarify scope, timelines, and priorities. • Stay up to date with all relevant internal and external product knowledge. • Estimate effort and integration timelines in collaboration with the team. • Conduct kick-off meetings and align stakeholders on project goals. • Assemble and maintain project plans and execution timelines. • Research and share industry-standard tools and practices with the department. • Ensure that company-wide projects are delivered on time and within budget. • Support task prioritization across teams. • Lead kick-offs, resolve blockers, and drive integrations from planning to launch.

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including documentation. • Strong customer service, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. • Hands-on experience with Confluence, Jira, Basecamp, and Google Suite. • Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive project goals. • Proficiency in Agile project management methodologies. • Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new software tools. • General knowledge of the gaming industry. • Strong organizational skills: ability to manage a high workload, prioritize effectively, and work with autonomy. • Strong attention to detail and time-management skills. • Experience both as an individual contributor and in coordinating/leading team efforts. • Self-motivated, able to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment. • Fluency in English (written and spoken).
