📋 Description

• Postings, classification, reclassification, accounting provisions and reversals. • Support departments in analyzing figures and determining the correct accounting classification. • Analyze and reconcile balance sheet and income statement accounts, ensuring the accuracy of information. • Manage document flow and monitor processes related to payments and collections. • Prepare supporting documentation and reports, ensuring proper document control. • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, policies, guidelines, procedures and work instructions.

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced English (will be assessed during the interview) • Experience in accounting • Degree in Business Administration or Accounting • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) • Knowledge of intercompany accounting and consolidation • Technical knowledge of IFRS, US GAAP and/or Brazilian GAAP (CPC) is a plus • Hands-on and proactive attitude (essential) • Organized • Resilience to work in a dynamic environment • Dynamic profile and quick learner • Customer service skills • Problem-solving skills • Multitasking • Interpersonal sensitivity and teamwork • Approachability / open-door attitude • Respect • Proactivity • Autonomy • Willingness to take on challenges
