📋 Description

• Conduct recruitment and selection processes; • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs; • Conduct behavioral interviews and administer technical tests; • Monitor and analyze recruitment and selection metrics;

🎯 Requirements

• Solid experience in Recruitment and Selection, covering operational, administrative and strategic roles; • Knowledge of Brazilian labor legislation (CLT) and basic occupational safety concepts to align with managers and validate hires; • Proficiency with recruitment platforms, ATS and digital tools such as LinkedIn, Google Workspace and Microsoft Office; • Ability to conduct behavioral interviews, administer tests and prepare technical assessment reports; • Experience with recruitment and selection metrics such as time-to-hire, SLAs, candidate funnel, early turnover and quality of hire.
