• Administer, configure, and optimize the RD Marketing, RD CRM, and RD Conversas tools in the company’s daily operations. • Create and manage marketing automation workflows, lead segmentation, and campaign monitoring. • Manage chat interactions and monitor communication results through RD Conversas. • Analyze platform data and reports, proposing improvements and operational adjustments. • Monitor and optimize workflows in RD CRM to ensure leads are nurtured throughout the sales funnel. • Track campaign performance, ensuring all activities are aligned with marketing and sales goals. • Ensure integration between RD platforms and other internal systems, collaborating with marketing and sales teams to optimize results.
