📋 Description

• Manage and optimize resource allocation across projects, ensuring efficiency and cost control • Continuously monitor and evaluate project performance, collaborating to adjust strategies as needed • Propose and structure teams for new projects, ensuring the best fit between skills and available budget • Identify and proactively flag project completions and the reallocation of staff from projects • Develop detailed studies and analyses to ensure project viability and profitability • Maintain control over mapping professional allocations to projects, consolidating information and ensuring data transparency • Resolve operational issues and minimize bureaucracy to ensure agile and efficient deliveries • Ensure effective communication flow between internal teams, stakeholders, and clients • Provide visibility and transparency to leadership regarding the status of all Rethink projects • Support Service Delivery, PMs, and POs in driving better project management by conducting training, optimizing processes, and creating support materials to improve Rethink's project management • Assist in reviewing and creating new work processes to enhance the management of Rethink projects.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in strategic and operational project management • Knowledge of project management methodologies (traditional and agile) • Ability to analyze metrics and performance indicators • Knowledge of resource allocation processes and capacity monitoring • Ability to structure and interpret financial and operational reports • Strong analytical skills for quick and effective decision-making • Clear and assertive communication to engage stakeholders and teams • Planning and organizational skills to ensure efficient delivery • Conflict resolution and negotiation skills • Flexibility and adaptability to handle constant change • Collaboration and empathy to integrate different areas and teams • Proactivity and commitment to delivering value.
