📋 Description

• Execute and oversee YaraVita and YaraAmplix projects within the assigned region/zone. • Develop and manage sales plans, ensuring alignment with commercial and zonal managers. • Formulate marketing strategies for biological products in collaboration with the regional marketing team. • Assist commercial teams in designing seasonal and annual schemes based on market potential. • Plan and implement sales campaigns and commercial strategies to drive product adoption. • Monitor sales performance at monthly, quarterly, and annual levels to ensure targets are met. • Maintain profitability by aligning sales volume with financial objectives. • Ensure accuracy in sales planning and forecasting while coordinating stock and supply levels. • Design and implement market action plans in collaboration with marketing, agronomy, and zonal teams. • Identify market challenges and opportunities, implementing strategies to mitigate risks and drive growth. • Provide technical and commercial training to sales teams and retailer networks. • Support new product launches and manage portfolio development. • Collaborate with Bioteam Commercial Manager and Bio-Expert Yara India for product pipeline execution. • Lead the YaraVita and YaraAmplix sales teams, ensuring strategic alignment and commitment.

🎯 Requirements

• M.Sc. in Agronomy or masters in relevant field • Able to communicate in English – Mandatory • Experience - at least 7 years • Previous experience in Foliar and/or Biostimulants market • Previous knowledge in Agricultural sector • Knowledge & Skills: Business acumen, planning, sales strategies and analysis • Market and customer segmentation, systemic vision and market development, marketing basics • Leadership, communication, people management, conflict management, negotiation techniques, persuasion • Availability to travel constantly within the Region/Zone
