📋 Description

• Design and optimize interactive quiz funnels, web-to-app onboarding flows and paywall experiences that drive conversion • Prototype and validate ideas quickly, turning hypotheses into clear design solutions • Collaborate with engineers to ensure feasibility, quality and responsive implementation • Use AI tools such as Lovable and v0 to streamline asset creation and prototyping • Analyze and interpret experimental data with product managers, identifying the next iterations based on impact and results • Audit and refine user flows for usability, accessibility and consistency • Contribute to Yazio’s web design system, improving component usability and scalability • Collaborate across teams to align priorities, share findings and ensure a cohesive product experience

🎯 Requirements

• Solid experience in designing and optimizing conversion funnels, landing pages, onboarding journeys or paywalls • Proven ability to turn data insights into practical design solutions that drive measurable uplift • Strong knowledge of interaction design, behavioral psychology and visual hierarchy • Proficiency in Figma and experience in using component-based design systems • Comfort with A/B tests and experimentation cycles • Experience collaborating closely with engineers and understanding technical feasibility • Curiosity about AI-supported design tools and how they accelerate iteration • A structured, pragmatic approach to solving design problems • Nice to have: • Experience in building interactive quiz flows or multi-step onboarding funnels • Familiarity with SEO-focused web UX and content structure design • Hands-on experience with AI tools like Lovable, v0 or Midjourney for fast design exploration • Interest in health, nutrition or habit-building products
