🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in staffing, consulting, recruitment, or business development • Deep network in technology, startups, HR, or enterprise verticals • Strong communication, consultative selling, and relationship-building skills • Experience with permanent, executive, or contract hiring is a plus • Entrepreneurial mindset, self-motivated, and performance-driven • Whether you’re a former agency leader, staffing consultant, or enterprise client partner — if you’ve got the connections and the consultative edge, we’ll give you the platform to succeed!
