📋 Description

• Manage and grow an assigned book of both presale and postsale multi-location clients. • Map out client organizations, identify key decision-makers, and build strong relationships with multiple stakeholders • Collaborate with agencies that represent your clients • Partner closely with cross-functional groups (e.g. Customer Success, Sales Engineering, Campaign Directors, etc.) to drive account growth • Become an expert in your clients’ marketing strategies and budgets to maximize their investment with Yelp • Design and deliver customized advertising solutions that support client objectives • Secure new business opportunities while driving upsell initiatives within your postsale accounts. • Develop strong, consultative client relationships that support ongoing collaboration • Gather and share client feedback to help improve Yelp’s ad products and customer experience • Track and accurately forecast revenue performance, as well as report progress to leadership • Continuously deliver above expectations for revenue and target

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of at least 12 months in an Emerging CP role or 18 months in an Emerging AE role at Yelp. • In the top 3 rank for performance in current role, in your region (based on the most recent four quarter average) • Has hit goal in at least 3 of the previous 4 quarters and/or have hit annual plan the previous year • Demonstrated track record of successfully growing and/or closing multi-location deals • Examples may be requested during the interview process. • You are in good standing with the company (no recent corrective action or performance/coaching plans)
