• Assist clients with their home and auto insurance needs • Answer coverage questions, provide tailored advice, and process policy sales or changes • Proactively contact clients to ensure we provide the best coverage • Communicate effectively with clients by phone, email, and SMS • Monitor personal performance and meet daily/weekly/monthly targets • Keep accurate records of client interactions and add follow-up activities in our CRM • Work closely with the customer service and sales teams • Stay up to date on product knowledge and industry trends • Progress to a senior role within our insurance team or a team lead position after 2 years
• You hold a valid AMF license • You have at least 2 years of experience as a broker or agent • You have at least 5 years of relevant customer service experience • You are proactive with strong problem-solving skills • Strong verbal and written communication skills in French and English • Quick learner with an interest in technology
