• Policy issuance: Issue insurance policies with multiple insurers for clients who purchased online • Ensure accuracy and compliance in the issuance of all policies • Client outreach: Respond to inquiries from prospective clients • Provide information about our services to close sales • Follow-up on online quotes: Identify and contact prospects who completed a quote on our website • Initiate conversations to convert prospects into customers • Communication: Communicate effectively by phone, email, and SMS to build a positive, trust-based relationship with prospects • Solicit interest in our insurance products • Performance tracking: Monitor your performance and meet daily/weekly/monthly targets • File notes: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-up activities in our CRM • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to achieve team goals • Contribute to developing strategies to boost sales • Continuous learning: Stay up to date on product knowledge and industry trends • Participate in training sessions and professional development activities • Career development: Progress to a senior role within our insurance team or a team lead position after your first two years with us
• You hold a valid AMF license • At least 2 years of experience as a broker or agent • At least 5 years of relevant sales experience • Proactive with strong problem-solving skills • Strong verbal and written communication skills in French and English • Quick learner with an interest in technology
