📋 Description

• Client engagement: Assist clients with their home and auto insurance needs. • Client follow-up: Proactively contact clients to ensure we consistently provide the policy that best meets their needs at a competitive price. • Communication: Communicate effectively with clients by phone, email and SMS to build trust and strong relationships. • Performance monitoring: Track personal performance and meet daily/weekly/monthly goals. • Documentation: Keep accurate notes of client interactions and add follow-up activities in our CRM system. • Collaboration: Work closely with the customer service and sales teams to achieve team goals. • Ongoing training: Stay up to date on product knowledge and industry trends. • Career development: Progress to a senior role within our insurance team or a team lead position after your first 2 years with us.

🎯 Requirements

• You hold a valid AMF license • You have at least 2 years of experience as a broker or agent • You have at least 5 years of relevant customer service experience • You are proactive and have strong problem-solving skills • You have strong oral and written communication skills in French and English • You are a fast learner and have an interest in technology
