📋 Description

• The Global Supply Chain Strategy Lead is responsible for leading and supporting the creation and implementation of supply chain strategies that drive breakthrough business outcomes. • The leader will directly manage a global team of 2–3 value chain leaders, overseeing their work across key markets and ensuring effective execution of value optimization initiatives. • The Global Supply Chain Strategy Lead also owns the global value engineering and value chain optimization program, leading cross-functional efforts to generate cost savings and operational efficiencies. • Collaborate with senior commercial and operational stakeholders to deliver shared top- and bottom-line results.

🎯 Requirements

• 10–15 years of progressive experience in supply chain, operations, or strategy roles, ideally within a global or matrixed organization • Proven track record leading cross-functional initiatives and delivering measurable results in cost savings, process improvement, or portfolio optimization • Strong leadership experience, including direct people management and team development • Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment across commercial, operational, and functional areas • Exceptional analytical, communication, and project management skills • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
