📋 Description

• Join a distributed product squad building and scaling a platform that automates compliance and privacy workflows end-to-end • Collaborate closely with engineers, QA specialists, designers, and product stakeholders in a highly agile environment • Work across the full tech stack from backend APIs to frontend interfaces, ensuring smooth, secure, and scalable integrations • Innovate to automate workflows, improve recommendations, and enhance user experience • Own the process: drive work from concept to delivery and deliver high-quality code and best practices for a privacy-first product • Boost product quality by turning feedback and usage data into meaningful improvements • Shape the developer experience by initiating projects to improve quality, delivery speed, and collaboration

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Informatics, or equivalent experience • Proven track record as a Senior Software Engineer with a focus on web applications • Experience with software testing and QA practices • Backend: Python (Django / FastAPI) • Frontend: React.js, TypeScript • Infrastructure: AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, ArgoCD, Karpenter • AI: LangChain, LangGraph, Langfuse • Familiarity with DevOps & tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot, Raycast • Strong problem-solving skills, ownership mindset, and passion for building impactful products • Nice to have: Experience with AI engineering (integrating AI services, model-driven features)
