📋 Description

• Define and execute the overall UI/UX strategy across multiple digital products and client engagements • Champion user-centered design principles across the organization • Lead the complete product design lifecycle, including research, information architecture, wireframing, prototyping, visual design, and usability validation • Partner closely with Product Owners, Product Managers, and Engineering teams • Engage directly with enterprise clients and key stakeholders to understand product vision, user requirements, and business goals • Lead usability testing, user research, and experience analysis to identify opportunities for improvement

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in UI/UX or product design • 4+ years of experience in design leadership or management roles • Strong expertise in UI/UX design for complex digital products • Proven experience leading design teams and managing design operations • Expertise in design systems, usability testing, and UX research • Strong stakeholder communication and client presentation skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a business-oriented mindset • Ability to collaborate across product, engineering, marketing, and sales teams
