📋 Description

• Lead security design deliverables across your assigned region, ensuring all work meets client requirements and program standards • Oversee external security design consultants, guide their work, and review all design documentation for accuracy and quality • Collaborate closely with project stakeholders and cross-disciplinary partners while managing multiple data center projects and scopes of work • Accountable for keeping clients informed of project status, including budget, schedule, risks, issues, and successes • Conduct on-site inspections during construction and installation and final acceptance testing of completed systems installation

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in consulting with external clients on complex, aggressively scheduled data center projects • Strong technical background in Physical Security Engineering, particularly in the design of access control, CCTV, intrusion detection, and related systems • Highly proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, OneNote, and Visio • Proficiency in Studio and Bluebeam is a plus • Proficiency in project management tools, such as MS Project, SharePoint, and QuickBase • Proficiency in Computer-Aided Design software such as Revit & AutoCAD is a plus • Demonstrated experience developing engineered physical security design documents, including drawings and specification • Demonstrated excellence in communicating and presenting complex information to technical and non-technical stakeholders, both verbally and in written form • Experience managing external consultants and guiding design deliverables from concept through completion • Demonstrated ability to identify critical path activities, prioritize tasks and deliverables, and realize consistent progress.
