•Michael & Associates, Attorneys At Law is a criminal defense law firm based in Austin, Texas. We are a boutique firm that provides high end, white glove legal representation to clients being charged with criminal offenses anywhere in the state of Texas. Our firm is suited to handling any criminal offense, no matter how large or small; anything from petty theft to murder. The clients who hire Michael & Associates are looking for the best of the best, and they expect to get what they pay for. •We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Legal Assistant to join our team, providing comprehensive support to our attorneys. In this role, you will be responsible for drafting and filing legal documents and reviewing evidence. Additionally, your duties will encompass billing and administrative tasks, as well as creating and sending invoices. •Key Responsibilities: •Legal Document Preparation and Filing: Draft, proofread, and file various legal documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with court procedures. •Evidence Review: Analyze and organize case evidence to assist attorneys in case preparation. •Billing and Administrative Support: Manage billing processes, perform administrative duties, and prepare and send invoices to clients.

🎯 Requirements

•We are seeking candidates with highly effective English communication skills, both written and verbal, to ensure successful collaboration with our diverse team and stakeholders. •A minimum of 5 years of experience in the BPO customer service industry is required. Experience in billing and invoicing is a plus. •Candidates must have their own laptop or PC, a high-quality headset, high-speed internet, and a backup connection. •Must be amenable to working night shifts and overtime. •Impress us with your resume!
