• 7+ years of experience as a Product Manager (B2B background is highly valued), including leadership roles. • Proven track record of scaling digital products. • Strong analytical skills — ability to work with data, conduct market research, and turn insights into actionable ideas. • Experience with subscription-based products. • Hands-on knowledge of product analytics (Amplitude, Firebase) and marketing analytics (AppsFlyer, Google Analytics). • Deep understanding of marketing and product metrics. • Experience running A/B tests. • Proven results in implementing retention and growth strategies. • Ability to plan, prioritize, and manage release cycles (close collaboration with product and engineering teams). • UI/UX design culture fit. • Solid knowledge of Jobs-To-Be-Done and other product methodologies. • Upper-Intermediate English or higher.
