• Selling the Zeiss Digital Product Portfolio • Drive sales growth through communication and in-person interactions with current and prospective customers • Training and mentoring the wider sales workforce in data management and instrument connectivity solutions • Communicate with management frequently on all sales activities, ideas, market and competitive activities • Represent CZMI in maintaining the highest standards of business ethics, professionalism and customer care • Engage upstream marketing to assist in development of new product specifications • Develop product launch plans and specifications • Support Regional Sales Managers & Directors by providing lead generation, demo/evaluation support, product training, attendance at regional trade shows
• Four-year college degree required • Computer Science major or related discipline is preferred • 5 years’ relevant sales experience in software solutions & services required • medical software experience preferred • Knowledge of EMR/EHR business models a strong plus • Experience and familiarity of CZMI products and line of business preferred but not required • Expertise in networking and connectivity required • PACS knowledge preferred • High level of technical and clinical knowledge within the ophthalmology and optometry field • Strong organizational and communication skills with peers, customers, and physicians • Computer literacy in standard business software such as word processing, spreadsheet and presentations • Develop expertise in product application and practice management implications • Must possess a valid driver’s license.
