🎯 Requirements
• 5–10 years in Founders’ Office / Chief of Staff (execution) / BizOps / Program-Delivery at a fast-moving org. • Clear written communication + AI-assisted ops. • Operator’s toolkit: RAID, dependencies, workbacks, change mgmt; influence without authority. • Education: Bachelor’s required. MBA welcome but not required—outcomes beat credentials. • Stack: Jira/Confluence/Atlas, Microsoft 365/Teams, Atlassian Intelligence, Microsoft Copilot.
