• Zencore is a fast-growing company founded by former Google Cloud leaders, architects, and engineers. • We are seeking candidates with significant experience in Google Cloud to join our team. • Our engagements aim to eliminate obstacles, reduce risk, and accelerate timelines for customers transitioning to Google and seeking assistance with data and application modernization. • We embed within customer teams to provide strategic guidance, facilitate technology decisions, and execute projects in a collaborative, co-development style. • As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead and manage the successful delivery of engagements to drive customer adoption of Google Cloud services. • You will regularly engage with diverse stakeholder groups, including executives of large enterprises and a cross-functional and geographically dispersed team within Google to help gather requirements, scope engagements, plan, and deliver service offerings to accelerate the cloud adoption journey. • Utilize your relationship management, leadership skills, and technical background to lead others, proactively mitigate risks, resolve issues, and advance projects when appropriate.

🎯 Requirements

• Customer-facing experience, interfacing with executive stakeholders, driving/managing/delivering IT technical implementations, transformation programs, or other initiatives. • Experience supporting enterprise customers in one of the following: Cloud Professional Services organizations, comparable IT consulting, or program management organizations. • A history of mentoring and or teaching others to use process, organization, change, and/or learning improvement methodologies • Create and run measurement systems to track adoption, utilization, and proficiency of individual changes • Identify resistance and performance gaps, and work to develop and implement corrective actions • Work with project teams to integrate change management activities into overall project plans • Adaptable self-starter who is skilled at creating structure in ambiguous environments • Strong logical and analytical problem-solving skills; rigorous approach to project management to deliver enterprise-level projects • Comfortable with being on video in meetings internally and with clients
